ULTIMATE WORKOUT
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7 – 8 am

Ultimate Workout offers a non-to-low impact cardiovascular workout
that combines resistance training for maximum body sculpting results. Instructor incorporates Pilates, stability balls, free weights and tubing
for a full-body workout. Suitable for All Fitness Levels
CARDIO COMBO
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 - 10 am
Instructor: Mary Hoholski
This class offers a mix of cardiovascular exercise with strength and
resistance training. The use of resistance bands, steps, weighted body bars, and low impact moves offer a great total body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
POWER STEP and SCULPT
Monday & Wednesday 6 – 7 pm, Friday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Ready to step it up and sculpt your body? Join us for a high-energy non-stop workout for both your brain and body. Using a step, weights, bands, balls, bars, interval training and more this class gives you a total body workout. Suitable for Intermediate to Advanced Steppers.
ZUMBA
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Want to burn extra calories while having fun? Combine Salsa, Mereque, Samba, Reggeaton and other international rhythms and steps that make your workout fun. Suitable for All Fitness Levels.
PILATES
Tuesday & Thursday 6 – 6:45 pm

Pilates mat workout, working core muscle groups using the Joseph Pilates Method. Suitable for All Fitness Levels.
YOGA
Tuesday & Thursday 6:45 – 7:45 pm

Hatha Yoga combines posture and meditation with breathing techniques. This class works on improving posture, balance muscle strength and flexibility. Benefits of Yoga also include a peaceful union of mind, body, spirit and assists in injury prevention. Suitable for All Fitness Levels.
MID-DAY STRETCH
Friday 11:15 am – 12:15 pm
Instructor: Jeanie Walend
One hour class combing both Yoga and Pilates mat workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
AOA PROGRAMS
ACTIVE OLDER ADULT
PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 – 10 am
Instructor: Jeanie Walend
An exercise class specifically designed for people with rheumatic diseases such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, etc. This class promotes optimum joint flexibility, muscle strength, and mobility while also promoting weight loss.
SILVER SNEAKERS
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 – 11 am
Instructor: Jeanie Walend
Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
